2024 High Point Market Spring Design Trends

So, picture this: I’m strolling through High Point Market, and let me tell you, it's like stepping into a design wonderland. Everywhere I turn, there's something new to ogle at, from fancy furniture to funky decor. And boy, did I spot some trends that made my design-loving heart skip a beat!

First up, let's talk scallops.

Not the seafood kind, mind you, but those cute little wave-like edges that are popping up on everything from chairs to ceramics. They add a touch of whimsy and class to any piece, like a subtle wink in a room full of elegance.

Then there were the colors. Aubergine and Rust were strutting their stuff all over the place, bringing warmth and luxury to the party.

Think deep, rich hues that make you want to cozy up with a good book and a glass of wine. Yeah, that kind of vibe.

Now, who’s up for a blast from the past? 'Cause the '70s are back, baby!

I’m talking groovy patterns, funky shapes, and retro vibes for days. It’s like stepping into a time machine, but with way better design and decor.

But wait, there’s more! Game tables were stealing the show, proving that practicality and fun can go hand in hand.

Poker nights and backgammon battles just got a serious style upgrade, and I’m here for it.

So there you have it, my adventure at High Point Market summed up in some design trends I love - a whirlwind of scallops, aubergine dreams, '70s flashbacks, and game night goals.

Who knew shopping for furniture could be this much fun? I can’t wait to bring some of these delightful trends to our next projects.
